Phase-I: Preliminary Examination
The first phase of the selection process is the Preliminary Examination. This exam is conducted online and consists of three sections, each with separate timings:
English Language

Quantitative Aptitude
- Number of Questions: 35

Reasoning Ability

In the Objective Test, there is a penalty for wrong answers. For each incorrect response, 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty.
Phase-III: Group Exercise, Interview, and Psychometric Test
Phase-III consists of three components:
1. Psychometric Test
The Bank conducts a psychometric test for personality profiling of shortlisted candidates from Phase-II. The results of this test may be presented before the interview panel for a comprehensive evaluation.
2. Group Exercise

3. Interview
- Maximum Marks: 30
The minimum qualifying marks for these phases will be determined by the Bank.
Final Selection

The marks obtained by candidates in Phase-II (Main Examination) and Phase-III (Group Exercise & Interview) will be normalized to 100 marks. The final merit list is created by aggregating these normalized marks. Selection is based on the top-ranked candidates in each category.
